"I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

We had an issue with our sewage exit drain pipe after record rain. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. After the hole was dug he also noticed what could be another issue and upon further uncovering, he was 100% correct. Our pipe was semi disconnected just a bit further down the line. Taking care of that problem too while the hole was open saved us money and headaches! Our system is up and running well and the price was more than fair.
