"Very well....pun intended. FYI I rated price as a "B" but honestly, I think it could have been much worse. They spent some time troubleshooting and avoided pulling the well pump up...in my opinion a sign of true professionals. They could have made a **** of a lot more money off of me if they wanted. Additionally, Billy, the owner showed up part way through the job even though their office is a good 30 minutes away. Ended up the leak was a failed pvc joint out in the yard. They found it without digging using a very large "cake tester". A small, hand-dug hole, some new couplings and a bit of glue and we're back up and running. They also pumped up the well-tank bladder, swapped out some tired parts and installed an additional check valve while they were here. I heartily recommend them for well servicing."

"Didn't know if it was septic related, or what the problem was. Paul came out...diagnosed the problem for me...it was a water line leak. Tried to see if it was something he could fix, but realized it going under the driveway would be a more major repair. Kind man said since i had worse problems to fix, don't worry about the septic tank for now. I could contact him later to get that done...so drove out for nothing. Kind honest dependable man who isn't going to take advantage of you. Highly recommend!"

"very well. we thought we would need a new well, however in was just a matter of replacing a valve. this was fortunate since they were only licensed to dig deep wells of 600 feet or more.. we just wanted the water for outdoor irrigation. While they couldn"t dig a shallow well they could repair one, which they did quite capably. Would not hesitate to use them again. <br /> Jim and Jan Seavey <br />"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"I had called several people and got estimates for the pump, the well, and the tank. One other company got me a better price. Mobley's met the price of the other person. They were also closer. The owner came out and did exactly what he said. He also had a couple other guys come out. When they got through, he didn't try to go up on the price. They cleaned up their mess. They were one of the few companies that clean up after themselves. He left me his number in case I had any other problems. I was very impressed with them. They were very professional. I had heard from other people that he did a good job. The people that put in my first well are getting ready to retire. I didn't know how good the work would be after the main person retired. Mobley's did a good job and I was very happy with the work."

"I called at 12:45 on New Years Eve and spoke to Sandra. <br /> I told her what I needed and she gave me a price to pump an overfull 1000 gal tank and when I could expect the driver. <br /> Chris was at my home at 2:15 and pumped the tank and cleaned up the small mess they made. He was very professional and gave me a bill for the exact amount I was quoted. I will use them again. <br />"

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Brinson, GA

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
