"<p>May 23, 2014, 8:45am I called Maurer Well Service, Inc., a woman picked up the call and I explain to her when I turn on a faucet the pump goes on and there is a clicking noise coming from the switch which sounds like it's going on and off. She transferred the call to Chris which I repeated to him what I said to the woman. Chris was able to come out to examine and correct the problem on the same day that I called. </p> <p>Chris explain in detail what was happening to the water tank and since I don't know anything about well service he explain the situation over the phone to my husband. The short story....replace the undersized water tank that had been installed when the house was built in 2005 with a new efficient water tank. </p> <p>Chris was professional over the phone and in person. He also informed my husband and I that our sump pump isn't working and told me if my husband needed help with installing the sump pump or had any questions to give him a call.</p> <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "Excellent! Mark Forte, along with his Dad (approx 2010) gave me a quote; within $100 of another local company. Decided to use Forte as I understood his methods and depth of the foundation repair considerably better that the other guys. It was a serious undertaking, took five days. A bit messy as there was concrete dust from the saw, but this was expected. Once repairs were completed, we had a small leak.... within a day his entire crew was out to repair the problem, all at no additional charge. Repairs completed (2010) and basement has been 100% dry ever since! Highly recommend!"
