"Ocean Break Remodel started our renovations in the Fall of 2020. Peter and his crew tore down our existing front porch and steps and replaced it with a new construction with trex decking and vinyl railings and posts. Their work was outstanding. Later that Fall they removed our hot tub in our master bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful fully tiled walk in shower. It came out wonderful. They also put down waterproof vinyl flooring in both of our bathrooms. They installed backsplash on the two long walls of our kitchen. Each task - OUTSTANDING work. This past two weeks (June 2021), they painted our utility room, kitchen ad dining room, put new waterproof vinyl flooring in the kitchen and utility room. This past two weeks they also built us a new deck (20' x 25') of gray trex decking with white vinyl railings and posts. Our new deck is fantastic. We are more, more than totally satisfied with Peter of Ocean Break Construction/Remodel. I can not express enough for Peter and his crew. They are a pleasure to work with, they are very punctual, clean and hard working."

"Scott did a great job! He was completely dedicated to job completion and honoring the time estimate. Very good hourly rates, I would highly recommend Scott for your repair needs."

"Jon did an excellent job of transforming our outdated, broken bathroom into one that is in showroom condition. The bathroom required more work and time than anticipated and he was at our house everyday putting it all back together. We will have Jon return to our house for future jobs and we highly recommend him for any project that you are considering. Most importantly, Jon listens to and respects women. If there is a problem he will offer solutions/alternatives."

"

I don?t know what the cost was.  They?re punctual, they clean up after themselves, they?re professional, paint wasn?t dripped all over the place, and my ceilings are nice and white again.  I?ve been using LOPCO for a lot of years and any time I need anything I just call them.   They?re an A across the board.

"Santino and his team showed up when they said they would to repair and repaint our bedroom ceiling. They protected floors and furniture and cleaned up after they were done. Price was very reasonable!"

"Amazing!! Very good pricing and only contractor who answers the phone"

"Roland was professional and timely. He came to repair a garage door that lacked a counterbalance and a fence that needed new hinges. I was told he was going to be a few weeks on an estimate due to demand and he came when we agreed he would and managed to get me on the schedule sooner than anticipated. The repairs took about 5 hours, 1 more than he anticipated, but he stuck to the quote he gave me and remained professional and courteous throughout all our interactions. I would definitely recommend him, and certainly plan to call him for future projects."

"They are excellent, polite, they did an amazing job and I will recommend them to others."

"Victor was great, and Gerson did a very nice job communicating with me about statuses and answering questions. Victor painted the interior and exterior of my house, came out great, and he did it quickly which was important. I even added a couple of odd jobs during the job itself and Victor took care of these things at a very reasonable cost."
