Not only did install a tankless hot water heater for us, they also got rid of some older plumbing that needed replacing, installed our new garbage disposal, connected our new sink & dishwasher as well overhauled our bathroom plumbing and installed new fixtures! "Our furnace failed on Thursday 1/23. The next day I spoke with Matt about our situation. He came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote. We decided to go with this company. He made our job a priority. That following Monday they spent 14 hours installing the new equipment. A very professional job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing professional and courteous service."

"I cannot say enough good things about Zoom Drain and the service I received today! Three days ago, I accidentally flushed an antique wedding ring down the toilet. This wasn’t just any ring—it dates back to 1915 and belonged to my great-grandmother. It was passed down to me, so it has tremendous sentimental value to my family. Needless to say, I was devastated. I called Zoom Drain at 6:30 this morning, and Joseph came out around 11:30. He spent about two hours at my house carefully working with the camera and locating the ring. He was incredibly patient, professional, and determined—and he successfully retrieved my ring from the sewer line! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I also had a great experience with Kyle, the owner, who personally called me afterward. It’s clear that this is a small business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in the work they do."

"Neil is a true professional and is an expert at his craft. He took one look at my hot water heater and knew right away what the #Warranty was and helped me with the manufacturer. He also installed the very next day. The job was done, professionally neat, and on time I highly recommend."

"Roland was professional and successfully installed the wrought iron railing inside our front door area. He reviewed various installation options with safety being a key component so the railing would be strongly anchored to the wall. He did not waste time and cleaned up thoroughly after. Would DEFINITELY use Roland again and highly recommend him."
