"timely, professional, honest, and I felt the price was reasonable. They repaired a garage door for me and Johnson City and I was very pleased with the work. At a time when it's really hard to find professionals to be trusted to show up on time and do as they say, I was impressed by this and would hire them again"

"Sam was prompt and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. He was able to get us in quickly and fix the door same day."

"Awesome company with reasonable prices!!! Definitely will be my go to for all my garage door needs!!!"

"I called their appointment service at 21:30 on Tuesday evening. The scheduler put me on the schedule for 09:00 the next Morning. Geoff called at 08:45 the next morning to say he was on his way...he arrived at the house at 09:00. Geoff set to work, replacing both door springs, and the rod bearings. Total time was about 1 hour, start to finish. After repairing the door, Geoff adjusted the door, so it opens and closes perfectly. Geoff was professional and courteous (he also had some good garage door stories : ) I am extremely pleased with the service and the price. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door (and particularly, Geoff)."

"Happy we found him to repair our garage doors."

"I am leaving this review for my sister, Gerline Estep. John and his crew fixed her porch and installed a step and handrail. She does not have internet service, but was so pleased with John's work that she asked me to leave a review for her. I also have used John's service earlier this year when he replaced my roof and repair water leak damage to a bedroom ceiling. I have also left him a review. If you need any type of home repair, roofing, flooring, etc., you will not go wrong with John Rife's service. Best service at the best price. Highly recommend.

"I was highly impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism.  Even though my garage door system is 23 years old, they did not pressure me to replace the whole system, as another garage door company had done before.  I thought I got great value for my money.  I will definitely use them for any maintenance/repair work in the future, and when it is time to replace the garage door system, Southern Garage Doors will get my business.

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."
