"GREAT! They replaced a washer and all was fixed. Only charged us for a service fee. ANother plumber ( recommended on Angie's List) had been here earlier in the week. He said he did not have the parts to repair and would have to replace the unit and the cutoff valve inside at a cost of $525.00. We chose not to use him, but he charged a $100.00 fee for coming out and looking. I would NEVER use that group again. I will be hesitant to use Angie's List again after this experience."
