After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses. My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. They even caulked any exposed nails exactly as he said in his proposal. Seanâ s team is very nice and efficient and they installed the roofing system exactly how they would on a large house. After they were done they cleaned up everything and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Sean and his team. Donâ t hesitate to have Seanâ s company install your roof. "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"The contractor was hired to replace a 15yr old roof after hail damage. They were doing a lot of work in our neighborhood at the time. The install was done very quickly and they worked with out insurance co to get us the most accurate assessment of the damage. They also replaced our metal roofs gutter& down spouts and many window screens. The whole process took about 3 months to complete. This was caused by a labor shortage and working with the insurance co."
