The workmanship delivered by the crew was exceptional. They were careful about containing the dust and debris, covering the adjoining bedroom with plastic sheeting, and cleaning their way out each evening. When the project was completed, Daniel and Erika sent in a house cleaner to thoroughly clean the bath and the adjoining bedroom. We got great value for the money we spent on this project."

"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

I felt comfortable that the company understood our project and how to handle building the shed. The installer, Pete, was very knowledgeable about how to handle the project. "excellent - we lucked out with Sam and his crew for painting exterior of our house. We got their estimate several weeks before but undecided. He called back fortuitously on the last warm weekend of fall 2016. We had negotiated initial price, but turned out we wanted more work than original spec. Turned out we got everything we wanted and they had excellent recommendation to paint gutter and fix rotted out wood on porch and window sills. It was paint and repair throughout and they did a thorough job. They got custom color that we wanted, repaired porch, scraped old paint from sills and replaced rotted wood framing for side door to garage. They did excellent job in scraping and painting our patio french doors which had water damage - made them look new. Neighbors remarked what a good job they did...it made the house look like new. Sam had great follow-up and so glad he persisted in calling us back up. His crew are expert in painting and repair. Definitely would hire them to do other jobs again."

"I’m very pleased with the workmanship, value and timeliness of the work MTR Service did for me in April 2019. Had a 26 yr. old shingle roof replaced, entire house with mold growth on Al siding power-washed, some rotten exterior wood replaced and painting of all trim, gutters and garage doors done. The owner, Carlos, responded quickly to provide an estimate, offer advice on what work would be best value and responded to all my questions and requests in a timely manner. His work crews showed up when he said they would, were friendly, professional, and skilled and exhibited great work ethic. Really appreciate that they took time to prep for painting correctly, caulk exterior seams and do the job with care like it was their own home. I had gotten estimates from four separate roofing companies and had two neighbors that had similar work done to compare against. I’m certain that I got the best value. Bottom-line is that they did a great job at a fair price and showed that they can be trusted. I won’t hesitate to contact them in the future for additional maintenance and renovation tasks or to recommend them to others."
