"I contacted M and J roofing about a leak. Lous response was quick and after inspecting my roof responded with urgency. I had many roofs installed over the past several years none of which seem to work due to the pitch. The most recent roof I put on was a metal roof, which was the source of many of the problems. After Lou inspected it he told me what needed to be done and after agreeing on the contract he started immediately. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. Lou and Nick kept me posted each step of the way and during the removal of the metal roof they showed me what went wrong and explained why it went wrong. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers. That is why in closing I will say M and J roofing should be the only and I am stressing only company anybody should want to do any work on their roof."

Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. Something we only do once every 30-40 years or so. I will ALWAYS refer Rhino Back Roofing to ANYONE who is need of a roof replacement/installation. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
