During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. To a one, they were professional, considerate, tireless, and endlessly patient with my questions and comments. An excellent experience for us all around!"

My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. "Communication is awful. I had two set appointments and no one called or showed up. They tell a great story but the follow through doesn’t exist. The project looks nice, with the exception of leaking skylights. There was defiantly not a clean up person working during project like explained in their way to lengthy presentation. The contracting crew(people doing the work) were good, but project management has no follow up or responsiveness."

"The initial visit and the subsequent installation went pretty smoothly. They're careful workers and try hard not to take any risks that could damage your house. I have no issues with the quality of their work. I'm just a bit disappointed with the way the light itself looks -- the light is refracted and rather cool and doesn't look natural. In hindsight, we should've spent the extra money for a proper skylight above the stairs. We'll do that when we have the budget. Until then, the solar tube does do a good job of bringing in light. It just looks like a port hole above the stairs. <br /> I would call Amazing Skylights again if i wanted another solar tube installed -- but probably in a closet, not in a highly visible part of the house. <br />"

I would have no problem recommending them to others, which I already have done. They were very helpful in understanding and explaining how a high wind-resistance roof is installed. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because Vanguard did not install the roof."

Their innovated threshold design should protect from damage for years and the new front door looks great and operates perfectly. They also did an amazing job replacing an old sliding glass patio door with a real single hinged door with windows. It looks so much better than a slider and the new installation was expertly insatlled."
