Hi, my name is Brian Douglas. I have been installing various types of flooring for approximately 12 years. I have also been installing tile for approximately five years. I do subcontracting work for Sherwin Williams Floor Covering, M-Five Construction, Poshedley Floor Covering. I take care of my van, my tools and my appearance. I'm polite as well as animal friendly. "This work was done 2 years ago and this review never saved correctly for some reason, but because the guys did good work and it still looks great, I figured I'd try to get this saved. I had half of my basement done with Everstone's composite product to cover some unsightly concrete that was also very uneven (a variance of up to 2" overall). The guys sanded down the ugly, gaping cracks I had and I remember being amazed at how well the concrete looked even at that point. The entire process took about 3 days, mostly to let things settle in between. The final day was just for a finishing coat and only took an hour or so. After 2 years, this floor still looks amazing and I've had no issues with the work or product. I haven't needed any more done since, but I'd certainly call Everstone back for another job. The guys were very upfront about the process, job, and answered every question I had. I knew the general cost before I even saw their estimate, and was happy it just about where I had guessed."

"Kenn and his son impressed me. Throughout my years of being a homeowner, I have used MANY Carpet Cleaning companies. I don't think I ever used any of the companies twice. Finally I found a company I will continue to use. They arrived when they said they would. I expected them to be "in and out" as the others were. I calculated maybe one hour.? Boy was I wrong.I think they spent a good 2 hrs. here. I was also interested in having my 6 dining room chairs cleaned. Kenn asked if I had ever had them cleaned before. I told him only once. I had not idea what the company used however.....steam cleaned or upholstery cleaning? Kenn was very candid when we talked. He gave me his "opinion" and I listened.. I chose not to have the chairs (off white and fully upholstered back and seats) cleaned at all. He gave me some tips which I used after he left. He was VERY honest with me and I appreciate that. My carpeting looks brand new. I have honestly never seen this very light colored carpeting look this good since the day it was installed. Kenn is a "keeper." I will use him again and tell others about his company."

"Benny is friendly, nice, and punctual. He called before coming out to verify time. Carpets were cleaned well. The only criticism I have, which I told him about was the wording of the Angie Deal I bought from him for $75. The deal states, "3 areas of carpet cleaning (up to 450 square feet) plus a hallway..." What it really should read is, 3 areas of carpet cleaning including hallway (up to 450sqft) for $75. I was approx 30sqft over which cost me an extra $30! He said he would fix the wording. Next time I will call and clarify a deal before I purchase it. I'm a newbie to Angie's list. He did take off $5, I'm assuming for this misunderstanding. I also had him clean my 12 stairs which was $35. I believe that is a competitive and fair price. He would prefer cash or check. Overall, he did a good job, equivalent to other companies I have had in the past. (The only reason I may not hire him again is because I have used another local company that charges by the room, not square foot. They did a good job and price is similar.)"
