The owner was patient, understanding, and took time to explain and answer all questions.  His quoted price for the service was fair, especially compared to some competitors.  Given his willingness to teach me a bit, since he knew it was not best to wait a few weeks to address the squirrels, I was able to do it myself and save hundreds of dollars.  If my do-it-yourself techniques had not worked there is no one else I would have called other than him to come do the work.  In the future, there is no one else I will call for extermination/rodent issues.  Last but not least, I also liked the fact that the business is local, rather than national.  I would much rather keep money in our community than fund a national endeavor. <br /> Overall, a big thank you is due to Angie's list for guiding me in this direction and to TAAP for being "people" rather than just business men.  4 Thumbs up from my wife and I! <br />"

"Called Sal Saturday afternoon about repairing a large piece of fascia that was flapping in the wind along the roof line. I could not reach it with my 24 foot ladder. He showed up the next morning on Sunday (Mother's Day). and did the repair thoroughly and safely. He also noticed that the downspout needed reattachment and just did it. Professional, friendly service, great quality, and fair price."
