"Matt did a great job in locating and installing a replacement hot water tank. He was very thorough and explained everything as he was doing the work. Beyond the original work he quoted, he also replaced an old shutoff valve and was able to maintain the original estimate. He also called me the day before the appointment to confirm that everything was ready for the appointment day and time. Start to finish was a little over 2 hours to drain and remove the old tank, replace the old valve, fabricate new water line adapters and install the tank. He reviewed the operation with me and lighting the pilot and the indicators on the heater ignition controller."

It went very well. The guys were very responsive! They initially came out immediately after I called about a problem with water damage to the wall and carpet in the finished basement. Upon seeing the issues, they referred me to a mold mitigation specialist (Healthy Spaces), to address the real cause of the water problem and to deal with any mold. Primo came back after all the repair work was completed and rebuilt the wall and finished it, and they installed a new ceiling in the entire basement. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves as promised. Anthony and Chris were professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. I would certainly hire them again!

"I waited a year to rate the work provided by Piccirillo enterprises. Tony was very professional in conversation. We hired him based on reviews. He had instead of the crew to work on our house one person and occasionally he came, not often. The work lasted two months longer than projected. The finished product overall looks nice. However after a year I've now had the plumbing fixed in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The problems were basic plumbing not done properly and leaking water caused more issues. I would not recommend hiring this person as you get presented with a plan that sounds great, then in retrospect get to pay thousands to finish the job so it not only looks nice but it actually functions properly. His worker Adam did the majority of the job and as I said it looks nice, but all the major things I had fixed were installed with Tony present. I did reach out to Tony about the issues and he offered to come look at the problems, but after spending alot of money to fix other issues i decided it was in my best interest that I hired another business to fix the problem."
