"The project was twofold. The sunroom needed three new sliders after damage from frozen pipes. Harold’s men installed the doors but made a mess of the casing on all three. Unevenly matched etc. Harold attempted to fix it. The second project was two remove clapboards on back of house and replace with shingling. He also suggested that the kitchen casement window needed replacing. We paid $1042.00 for the window. He never came back. We waited 6 months and I contacted him. He assured me he would have the window installed. He was a no show. I’ve made several attempts to get him to finish the job. We went through a cold winter and he had left the shingling open around the kitchen window. He also never installed the outside light on the back of the house after removing it for work. I fired him and yet he tells me he doesn’t have the money. I am short of going to small claims court. People beware!"

He was extremely cordial and I appreciated how he brought shoe covers (for when he had to walk around inside my home). I also really appreciated all the information he provided after the service was completed. He gave suggestions and product information hat could help improve the performance of my systems and helped explained what those items were in a way that I (not a HVAC pro) can understand. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."
