"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."

Juan and Ramon were excellent communicators, answering all of our questions in a timely, professional, and endlessly patient fashion. Our project was a big one - our self-managed condo building had a severely leaky roof that needed a full replacement, including redoing a roof deck - and I imagine we were not the easiest clients since we had tons of questions and a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" with different owners and condo trustees weighing in. Juan and Ramon took it all in stride and were incredibly helpful for me in my role as project coordinator. Their team was clean, efficient, effective, respectful, and friendly. They worked both quickly and thoroughly, and were good to always keep me updated as the scope of the work evolved as we found new (but not unexpected or spurious) issues during the demo/rebuild process. Juan was an excellent advocate for us and our project when the city was slow to approve permits/send inspectors.
