Mr. Amaya redid the work by replacing the SEK product with the much better Gator Maxx polymeric sand. if you need hardscaping work done, hire Miguel Amaya, a decent, hard working, honest professional. STAY AWAY from Empire Building Supplies (see my review on them) and SEK Polysweep -- the product is garbage and the people who make/sell it know nothing about being good people who TRUTHFULLY care about fairness and/or their customer. Mr. Amaya would not accept my paying him a second time although he was forced do the job twice through no fault of his own. It was so unjust ** and yet so telling of the type of decent human being that Miguel Amaya is. Unlike the others I dealt with (at Empire and SEK), he was more interested in doing the right thing by me than he was about money. How rare. I was lucky to find such a good person and worker. I highly recommend him."

"Green Eco Solutions replaced our bow window with a new bay window in our old farmhouse. The install was performed in temperatures in the high teens but they had the old window out and the new window sitting in the frame within 3-1/2 hours. Over the rest of the day and part of the following day they completed the install. The crew spent a lot time with the insulating and finishing work, they certainly earned my repeat business. "End of the second week and what appears to be a small job and only a third to a quarter is done. Granted, we have had some rain along the way, but last two days have been sunny and warm and they never showed up or bothered to call to inform me as to what their plans were."

"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect. The caulking and power washing all went well too. I would highly recommend CM Contracting. Chris is very responsive. We would communicate often via phone or txt. His crew is great too. Very polite and friendly."

"Everything went well. Mike reviewed everything. I started out just wanting to replace the top level of my roof. I received a lot of estimates and realized that only replacing a part of the roof would not be the best option for the entire roof. The township required documents from Alliance and they were on top of all needed to send to the zoning officer. I was able to use financing because an entire roof is very expensive and I wasn't planning for that. Now I have a new roof."
