"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"Great gutter and gutter guard products. Professional sales and installation personnel. Jeremy and his crew were skilled craftsmen and provided a very high-quality installation and cleanup."

"They did a great job. Installed a new gutter and cleaned out an existing gutter."

"Chris and Joe did a great job. Very efficient & on time. Called us and let us know they were ten minutes out before arriving. Very pleased with the gutters and the snow fence we had put up. Highly recommend. Thank you job well done. Tina & David Hitsman"

"Great company great job on my roof."

"Our roof is complicated, steep and challenging.  The provider was punctual, pleasant and not put off by the challenge.  The roof looks great and they stayed with it until every little section was complete.

"Actually they did a super job installing brick pavers in my yard a couple of years ago.  Additionally, in the summer of 2013 I had a cement drive poured which abutted to the pavers.  Joe's guy Paul came out to reset the pavers and level them correctly with the new driveway.  Joe didn't charge me....so at Christmas I sent him two $50 gift cards to Outback Steakhouse as a thanks for the summer work. I didn't even get an acknowledgement, which is okay.
This fall I wanted an estimate for the front (as stated above). I sent him a text message with my request but did not get a response.  I sent an email and no response.  Left a voice mail and still nothing, so I went with another installer and LOVE what he did.

I eventually did get a call with an apology that he delegated to one of his crew members.  Joe Todaro does do excellent work but lost this job over a lack of communication."

"The process was hard enough with the winter coming but Gus reassured me that they would get my house done before the snow. I have spoken with Gus several times throughout the process, which I like, because I could trust that they had MY interest at heart. He made sure if there was questions, he called before going forward. I would definitely recommend Big Rapid roofing."
