Austin took the time to answer all my questions and explained the entire process to me. Tim Bast and his installation team were also exceptional. His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! Very professional, did a first rate job, and cleaned up everything and left the area spotless. The final results were beautiful! Best of all... my dog loves playing in her new run! If you must install outside the ideal window, budget extra time for watering and tending to the turf. Choosing the right season makes the job easier and the lawn tougher.
