"I was very happy with the job they did. There pricing for the job was reasonable and they cleaned up after the job. Thanks QM."

"I would use this company again!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"I recently hired the team at Bath Maxx for a bath remodel, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The quality of craftsmanship on display was truly impressive, and the team attention to detail was second to none. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service I received. Bobby and the team were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process, which made me feel confident that my project was in good hands. One thing that impressed me was the company ability to deliver custom designs that perfectly suited my tastes and needs. I was able to get the bathroom of my dreams, complete with modern fixtures and finishes that really elevated the space. And the best part? The pricing was affordable, which made the whole project a great value. Overall, I highly recommend Bath Maxx to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation. The professional team, quality craftsmanship, and affordable pricing all make for a winning combination. If you are looking for a one-day bath remodel that will transform your space, look no further than Bath Maxx!"
