He accessed the situation, asked me if I wanted the old chain link taken down, which I did, and gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the job. Before the job started I asked him if he could also replace the chain link gate with a wooden one. He said yes, and we agreed on the added cost of the gate, which was again, very resonable. He and his crew did an excellent job installing the fence."
