"We met with Jim in March and went over our needs for a yard that includes wet/dry zones and was having new flower beds installed in the spring. Jim presented a great plan and was open to suggestions which included changing the zones in the far back from vertical to horizontal. He explained his process of doing spring openings first before he did new installs. The spring of 2019 was a record setting wet spring so our project was delayed until July. Jim stayed in contact and was able to accommodate us as his first residential install for 2019. He showed up as promised with a crew ready to work and finished the job in the 3-day time frame. He was able to creatively work through challenges so the system meets our needs. I LOVE having the entire system controlled from an app on my phone. The app is intuitive and it is easy to create multiple schedules involving a variety of zones - some are grass and others are flower beds. The system is flexible and additional heads can be installed as we add more plants to our landscaping. We also have a rain monitor that works in conjunction with the local NWS reporting station. Jim and his crew are professional, easy to work with and nice to dogs who need a break outside during the day. I highly recommend Jim and his crew!"

"It went extremely well.  One day in late spring I made a call to Sunshine Landscaping and Gaspare came out to look at it and give a quote later that same day.  I know I called at the beginning of the gardening season when there is a mad rush by everyone to get their yards in order, but he was able to come out immediately and assess everything.  He listened to what I wanted done, and even made some sensible suggestions for enhancement.  Very reasonably priced, too.  When everything was done, his crew cleaned up the work area, and then he showed me all he did with the garden.  He also explained how to keep weeds under control.  The nice thing is that I didn't have to be present when the work was done, but classes let out early and I was able to witness the finishing touches.  I am extremely pleased with the results of Sunshine Landscaping and would highly recommend them to anyone.

"Carl and Gary were absolutely great to work with and it’s so hard to find good help these days. These guys do the job right and take pride in what they do. My home builder, very well known, completely destroyed the grading of my yard creating a moat around the house every time it rained. Carl fixed all the grading issues and his years of experience really showed. It was hard for me to envision the end product but I trusted Carl and it really came together in the end. They did such a good job fixing the grading that I had them put in a driveway extension and back patio. I would hire these guys again in a second. Before and after photos shown."
