I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "Richard was a great tech. He gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way and I headed out to meet him. He had the parts needed and made the switch for me. He pulled the oven out and let me get behind it to clean before he put it back in its place. He tested it out and after determining everything was working he went on his way. The whole time he was super friendly and were talking about hobbies and work. He also reminded me of the warranty all of their replacements have and if I had any issues to give him a call. Easily would use Martin's Family Appliances again."

"System was still under warrantee for parts. Liberty Air charged me $1595 for this coil replacement. On warrantee! $648 for labor which took 2 hours. The also charged me $50 for warrantee paperwork and $ 34 for shipping of the part. Liberty Air has installed two systems for me and has done excellent work including this repair. I just feel the cost of this repair was way high."
