"Worthmann Roofing completed a roof replacement in May 2022. In September 2023, a leak developed. They did a repair and ceiling patch. In August 2024, the leak recurred and their crew discovered rotted wood and mold. A storm also blew off several shingles. I reported the issues and followed up consistently. After months of no response, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. No reply. As of January 2026, Worthmann has gone completely silent. No repairs, no timeline, no accountability. I?ve filed formal complaints with regulatory agencies. Disappointing performance from a company that promises to stand behind their work."

"These guys were great to work with! I felt bad that the job took a little longer than they expected, but everyone kept working cheerfully and professionally. Initially they were very up front about the costs, and how long it would take to get materials in. And when they were here working, they were WORKING. Five or six guys all working in tandem. And then they came to inspect it a few days later, to make sure I was happy. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed more work!"

"I had them replace an asphalt shingle roof on a double wide trailer. I had 5 leaks visible inside from the old roof and they fixed them completely. This was done in December of 2024 but I wanted to wait till now after the summer rains started to make sure all the leaks were gone. The leaks surfaced in 2024 due large amounts of rain from passing hurricanes and it was exceptionally dry right after the job so I waited until the summer rains to give this review. They did a good clean up too. It was windy during the job so lots of shingle and tar paper fragments and staples from the tear off ended on the ground and they cleaned up it all. They used high tech white asphalt shingles at my request which limits heat gain and dont mildew. All and all a very professional outfit!"

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"The adult men worked well and carefully. The big branches were cleared away well. Many of the small branches near the pool were left on the deck. The young man trimming the overgrown plants and bushes should have been supervised. He cut and pulled out most of my shrimp plants that I had said, "don't cut". He also cut down a large decorative bush with pretty purple berries that was on the front corner of the house. All he left were ugly little stubs of wood. "I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."
