"Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

"We signed contract in mid-August but needed to delay work until some landscaping that we had ordered was completed.  Other delays occurred due to weather. Nick kept in contact on a weekly basis until we found date that worked.  He and his crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and kept at the job until it was done.  One shutter arrived damaged from the company so Nick sent it back.  He made sure that the correct holes were made by the window to accept the re-ordered shutter so that anyone form his crew could stop by and install it once they received it.     All of the other work was done in less than one day due to the nice size of the crew.  Everyone on the crew were very pleasant and neat.  The re-ordered shutter arrived in less than 7 days and was promptly installed,

"Excellent Job. 2nd time I hired this company. Why, because of their craftmanship and attitude. I don't hire them for little jobs, but ones that take days to complete. I had a difficult (near impossible garage door (the one you walk through) that just wasn't closing right, and they said it needed replacing, but also found a rotted stoop. Replaced the frame and stoop, caulked and cleaned the area and took away the old wood and frame. In my bathrooms, they cleaned the old caulk off my tub and floor and re-caulked, and caulked around a pipe in the wall. Fixed hand railings, door handles and mitigated a drainage problem and did some painting. Try them, and you will agree with me."

"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."
