"Moran Vered and his team worked quickly, and were flexible with their work schedule. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects."

After introductions, we all walked through our space together and discussed what we wanted to see at the end of the job. Along the way they made suggestions about things that we should consider as well. Once we agreed on the price and scope of work, they accompanied us to pick our cabinets, countertops and tile. They also took us to the home of a client whose house they had renovated extensively, so we were able to get a firsthand look at the quality of their work. "We were very please after our kitchen renovations were completed but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of the appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"

The attention to detail on all tasks is what impressed the most. He was flexing with his pricing and got the job done before estimated completion date. I would definitely use his services again."

We had a lot of work to be done, but he helped prioritize projects so as to not overwhelm our home during the construction! He was timely and communicated any pricing changes (materials have gone up - no fault to him) and made sure we were comfortable and in the loop on progress.
