Addition Contractors in Brookhaven, GA

"Moran was great to work with! He helped with our first home renovation that involved reconfiguring most of the the main floor of our 1923 home (primary suite, family room, kitchen, half bath, laundry room, and staircase to the second floor). We insisted on reusing a lot of existing materials (e.g., woodwork, hardware, etc.), as well as designing/sourcing the 1920s-style finishings ourselves, and he was very willing to work with our preferences. We also appreciated how he approached decision making, making it a truly collaborative experience. He was very professional, patient, and reliable, and we'd definitely use him again."

"Louis and his team delivered on our custom bathroom and kitchen. The process and result vastly exceeded our expectations across the board. The quality of the craftsmanship was truly exceptional, and we are absolutely delighted with the space. The Skinner Development team worked exceptionally hard, showed up literally every day of the project and worked full days, and were communicative and responsive to changes, questions, and accommodations. Louis has an exceptional eye for detail and design, and we were so pleased to have found him to bring the space to life."

"Josh and his team did an excellent job renovating my kitchen. They were very easy to work with. Josh guided us through the process every step of the way. He is a great communicator, very responsive, and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome. I love my new kitchen and I would highly recommend Atlanta Area Building and Remodeling!"

"Roger and his crew were very professionals and the finished job was outstanding. The project had several changes, but they adapted to them seamlessly and finish the job. I will work with them in the future if needed."

"Very professional and easy experience. Would use again."

"Alex and his team did a tremendous job. They worked quickly, with great attention to detail, and left the house spotless once finished. We will definitely be hiring Falcon Pro for our next home improvement project."

"Kimberly and her team were excellent. She and her team finished our basement. She was very professional, worked well with our designer, listened to our needs and brought great ideas. Her communication and transparency throughout the process were outstanding and the finished product completely reflected the vision. We have gladly referred her to friends for other projects and will continue to do so."

"Great company to work with. Remodel project was completed in time with no conflicts or issues."

"I couldn’t be happier with how my basement remodel turned out! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. They helped transform what used to be an ok man cave to a custom at home personal sports bar!! The craftsmanship is top-notch —lighting, and trim work are all flawless. They also stayed right on schedule and within budget, which is rare these days. I especially appreciated how they communicated and was not thrown off by the ongoing questions and changes that was thrown at them. Now we have a beautiful new living area that’s perfect for family gatherings and guests. I’d absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their basement or any part of their home. Outstanding work! We will be giving them a call in a few months to remodel our master bathroom. Great guys not only as contractors but in general also made new friends!!!"
