"The work that was performed was satisfactory. The water pressure in both sinks is now much better. However, technically, only the kitchen sink had any billable work done on it where a stop valve was replaced on the hot water line. After replacing the stop valve and turning it back on, the hot water still did not work properly. It took some additional cleaning out of the faucet and lines before the hot water worked satisfactorily. Because of this, it made me wonder if the stop valve was really the problem or not. The sink in the half bath was examined and I was told that a new cartridge was needed. After leaving and indicating that they had visited two supply houses, the plumber's returned and said the particular cartridge was not available. Since we did not desire to install a new faucet, the original cartridge was replaced and the plumbers left with the stop valves to the sink turned off. I turned them on later just to see what would happen and the water worked just fine again. We did have to return the items that were removed by the plumbers for access from under both sinks ourselves after they left."

The job took a major turn when an old cast iron pipe burst during cleaning but William came out the next day and replaced the old piping related to the issue. He did not charge for the initial cleaning since the new project encompassed removing the the clogged pipe. I would recommend this company to friends."
