They put down drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom. They prepped the subfloor and installed new tile and moldings. When they were done they swept the work area. Excellent care of our home. "Originally used for commercial property to install 2 pedicure chairs and hand sink with vanity. Brian inspected underneath and was hesitant due to poor work of previous plumbers on the property with high overturn. He still accepted the job and worked diligently. Brian is very much the person to “get the job done.” Once he arrives on scene he doesn’t like to leave until the job is done and done PROPERLY. He let us know there was a rusted galvanized joint. The parts were back in Charlotte when the property was in Gastonia. Very next morning Brian picked up the material and diligently fixed the extra issues as well as finish the original job. Time line from accepting the job, pulling the permit, all material picked up/installed, passed inspection all in 8 days from start to finish. Highly recommend for all jobs and will make a point to use for all commercial and residential jobs in the future."

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. Albert?s man came in at 9:30am.  He had the wallpaper and the glue removed by noon, the walls patched (my walls didn?t need much patching) and primed by 2:30pm and the main coat of paint completed by 4:00pm.  He didn?t hesitate when I asked him to also paint/freshen up the trim.  He even walked in with trim paint in his hand and asked about it before I asked.  He did a fantastic job that I refuse to do myself and I do a lot of my own home repair and upgrading.  He covered my new cabinets and countertops to protect them.  He cleaned everything and left no mess of any kind.



I highly recommend Albert?s team of good hard workers that take the time to do the job right and attention to detail.  I?ll be calling them back in a few months to repaint my entire family room.  Thank you Albert for the great job.
