"Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci & son (the son & his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son & their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed."

"Jim was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. Originally they were coming in just to do the sewage trap and I pointed out my main water line coming into my house so they were flexible enough to do both of those projects. "Adam was wonderful. Within minutes of arrival, he diagnosed and had our sump pump working again. He explained what to do should we have this issue again. He explained that our hot water tanks were working, but were showing their age. Gave us some reasonable options. He also diagnosed why the pressure was so low in shower's hot water faucet. Explained how either he or we could fix it. He took time to explain things. His professionalism and honesty was so refreshing and greatly appreciated. I will call Adam for all my plumbing needs!"

"Arrived as scheduled. Asked exactly what we wanted done. Suggested that the grout between bottom tile and kitchen counter be replaced with caulk. He provided the caulk and repaired all cracked grout. Also applied caulk around tub.
