What could have been a problem turned out fine. One of his workers accidentally put a 3 in. dent in my garage door. Rich told me he would take care of it , and he did. He arranged for a brand new panel to be installed (using my garage door company) and paid for it. No hassles, no excuses the replacement was taken care of immediately. "They did an impressive job. The work was beautiful. The workmen were excellent. The supervisor got to me every night if i had any questions. They were superb. When i first contacted them, the owner of the company came and gave me a thorough estimate. They scheduled a time that they would come. It had to be coordinated with those working on the floor. They were delayed because of the storms. They contacted me and we rescheduled it. Before the job started, the supervisor came and looked at what job is to be done and he kept sending me notes every night. I felt comfortable leaving my keys with them. They told me everything up front and they were highly professional. The people that came in my house afterwards appreciated the job they did."
