Louie replaced the parts in no time. I had lived in a house for several years and the plumbing was old. On many occasions I called Louie for issues with the kitchen sink, shower/tub, and toilet bowl problems. Louie is very professional and timely, and he is an honest businessman and a really nice person. He is the ONLY plumber I will EVER use and trust."

"Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. I would highly recommend Best Flo as a company that delivers more than expected and highly competent, experiences associates to resolve issues you may have with sewer or plumbing issues."

Within two minutes Mr. Rooter call and Frank showed up an hour later he was very personable and told me he could replace it right away three hours later the job was done and I have my basement bathroom and laundry room up and running the price was well within what I expected and I should mention that this was on a Sunday. "I called and spoke to Dave around 3 pm.  He said he could be at the house in about an hour.  I had just had my cesspool pumped out for the 2nd time in 6 months.   That service was done by another cesspool company, that came to the house when I wasn't there and just did the pump out and gave me no verbal feedback, just big bills.  Dave came to the house when my son, who is a plumber was home.  He inspected the cesspool and flushed toilets.  Dave told me that he thought that it was the pipe from the main to the cesspool because the flow was lower than expected from the main through the pipe. .  He explained that my house must have been built in 1972, because it  precast cesspool rings and that had and the pipe that connected the main to the cesspool was made of a material called "Orangeburg" a material constructed of cardboard and tar paper.   He said he could snake that to find out or he could just replace the pipe.  If he snaked the pipe, there would be an additional charge.  I looked up "Orangeburg" and he was right on point.  The material was only supposed to last under the best conditions 50 years.  I made the judgment call to replace the pipe.  It turns out he was right on, from inspecting the pipe that was removed.  He was very professional and spoke with my son (because I wasn't there).  He also kept in communication with me on the phone.  He did the work despite the fact that I wasn't there and he was paid days later.  Dave said that we would have to wait and see 2-3 months if this was the problem, because we should know by then if there is something else wrong.  My son, who is the plumber thinks he nailed the problem, but we will have to wait and see.  I wish that I had called him in the first place, it would have saved me almost $1,700.00 in pump out  fees. <br />"

"On the morning of Christmas Eve, I discovered that both sump pumps had failed in my basement and there was about an inch of water on the floor. I called my usual plumber and left a message. I was concerned about finding someone given the holidays, so I then I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and found that Right One had good reviews. I called and Dennis answered. He said he would check on availability of staff and called me back in 15 minutes to let me know he had someone who would arrive shortly. They guy was at my house about a half hour later. He was joined by a second plumber who finished up the job for him. Both were nice and very professional. I would recommend them. <br />"

"This job went really well and am now recommending this company to friends. Even more impressive was the price. The price was about 1800 dollars less than their nearest competitor. Just to remove the drywall and doors I was quoted by contractors about 2000! To dig all the way down, deep enough to install the sump pump and of course re-concrete over around the three sides of my basement for this price was great. It's been about two months since it's been done and have waited to write a review as I wanted to make sure it was bone dry down there. It is. It is now ready to be finished. I also want to add an additional thank you to the employees for making it WAY more clean than it was to begin with! They even cleaned the bugs around the windowsills. George, the salesperson is personable and available for questions. I also like how he suggested how I could save money by buying the dehumidifyer online. Another waterproofer was going to sell me one through his company that was overkill. I feel like there's alot of integrity and pride of workmanship at A.M. I'm giving a "B" for punctuality because the workers didn't come on time both days which was a bit disconcerting. The first day there was a mechanical problem with the truck but I had to track that info down when they were 1 hour late. The salesman originally said they would start at 9 both days. They probably started about 10 or 11 both days. Of course when they finally came they were incredibly productive."

"Mike showed up on time and got right to work. I needed the house water shutoff valve replaced with a ball valve. Mike quickly got to work, finished the replacement and cleaned up after finishing. Job well done! If I would have tried this myself I would have spent all day doing what took Mike less than an hour. If you need a plumber I highly recommend Mike."

"Leo is my new best friend.  We had a badly clogged toilet.  I hired this company and the night before Leo came, the uptake valve under the bathroom sink cracked.  I called them first thing in the morning - no problem!  Leo would come to fix both and he did a terrific job.  The next day the uptake valve under the kitchen sink cracked.  All pipes were metal and more than 35 years old, so not surprising that everything went at once.  Leo came and fixed the kitchen sink area.  He went to the basement to confirm that no other pipes were leaking and we are now trouble free.  Love this company and love Leo! <br />"
