He came to my house on time and explained exactly what he would need to do to fix my clogged toilet and how much it would cost. He also noticed some additional problems which I wasn't aware of and he gave me a quote for repairing those other issues. I hired him to do the entire job because he was so knowledgeable, professional and very polite. He did an amazing job. My toilet is running like a brand new toilet! "Vinnie came to give me an estimate to remove and replace the fluidmaster and flapper in my master bedroom's bathroom toilet. He arrived looking very professional and confident in his abilities to fix my problem. He patiently explained what it would take to fix the toilet and quoted a very reasonable price. I decided to make an appointment with him for the repair, but he advised me that he had all the parts he needed on the truck and, since he was already here, why not do it now? I didn't hesitate to agree and I don't regret my decision. Although Vinnie is a young man, he approached the job with an old world work ethic . He completed the job in practically no time, had everything he needed, and when he ran into an unexpected snag, had those parts too.
