Showed up on the appointed day and time. Confirmed the price and provided a proposal in writing which I agreed to and gave him a deposit. The shingles were delivered and a date was set for the work. They came on that day stripped the roof inspected the plywood found one bad sheet called to tell me about it and took a picture to confirm. They were done the same day. "The job required some additional plumbing work which was included at no additional cost.  The tile work is beautiful, and includes some unique detail that I would never have considered.  He installed new shower doors to replace the old shower curtain which added to the overall appearance of the room.  The materials used were first rate and construction techniques high quality.  Overall, we were very pleased with the finished product and believe we received high value for the price.  Walter is easy to deal with, dependable and reliable.  He made every effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product.  I plan to call him again for my next home renovation project.
