After the hole was dug he also noticed what could be another issue and upon further uncovering, he was 100% correct. Our pipe was semi disconnected just a bit further down the line. Taking care of that problem too while the hole was open saved us money and headaches! Our system is up and running well and the price was more than fair. "We paid $1100 - $800 for the cleaning of the empty house and the remainder for interior windows and those exterior windows they could reasonably reach. I particularly mentioned a smell in the house that I thought might be attributed to a plug- in and if they found it, could they remove, a sticky counter (which they promised they could clean), some scuffed walls (same) and dirty refrigerator. The stench was still there(my husband found the plug in-easily found… the stench soon diffused once removed) the sticky counter(no change), scuffed wall, no change, and the floor of the refrigerator is filthy and iced over. Worse yet, as I sat on the stairs, I saw a small aqua lego and what looked like a piece of cereal. When I picked it up, it was a peanut and, being highly allergic, I went into an anaphylactic event. This is not what I expected from “all we leave behind are results…” Cannot recommend."
