"I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"Mel and his crew completed my roof yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The new roof looks amazing and I feel so much better knowing that the underlayment is water tight and the shingles are the best money can buy. Mel was not the cheapest option, but his offer contained more value than any of the other three offers I received. He was the only contractor to give me a full breakdown of the costs and allowed options that were flexible. For the record I did everything he suggested because of the added value to the contract. When the crew was done roofing they spent another hour cleaning up and making double sure that all of the nails were gone. Today Mel returned and did another thorough sweep of the yard for one last check for debris. I strongly recommend Conde Roofing to anyone looking for a great, professional service. The best choice I could have made!"

"Don contacted me within a day of my initial inquiry and voice mail. He explained to me over the phone what he thought the problem was with my leaky roof and then gave me an estimate. He came the very next day and fixed my roof within a few hours. He explained everything he was doing, kept me updated throughout the project and provided me with a thorough run down of the work he did, the expected remaining life of my roof, and other general roof and shingle related information. His rates were very reasonable and he did not try to convince me that I needed an entire new roof - in fact, he assured me that I could get another 10 years out of it and thus was making the right decision with this repair."

"Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the 3rd roofer to inspect my very simple repair job (replacing a single edge shingle) and the estimator (Adam) was the only one of the 3 to offer a repair right away. I hired him on the spot and he completed the job in about 1/2 hour for less than what the others quoted. Very happy with the outcome. Would hire this roofer again."

"They were hired to replace the roof on my 3 level three-family, which had 3 layers of shingles on it!! (Which is illegal btw, but what do I know?) Collected deposit, materials and dumpster the day before, done in 1.5 days!! Workers are very polite! Owner stayed in contact with me throughout! Called them to request that they come back to go over some areas again with a magnet, he came back and did the whole property! But now I test easy knowing I've got a 50 year warranty on my roof! Owner came back to collect the balance due, and I was amazed, bc my house was built in 1890, chances are good that those 3 layers of shingles are from the original roof, so I was AMAZED that they only needed 3 sheets of plywood, I thought there would be more damage, what a blessing!! They were honest to a single woman whom they could have lied to and they didnt!! Hopefully there are no more nails in the yard, but if there are, I'm sure the owner will come back again! So yes, I would recommend All Weather Exteriors to anyone looking for quality at a great price and professionally done!!"

"The roof was installed with meticulous detail. I am currently struggling with issues around the cleanup. The roofer left a plethora of oil stains on my asphalt driveway with has engendered great frustration by this writer. I am struggling still to resolve this issue. I find it extraordinarily unprofessional to render damage to my property in order to install a metal roof without meaningful recompense or communication regarding this issue."
