Get matched with top sewer main clearers in Brooklyn, IN

"We started having problems with our sewer. ARS/Rescue Rooter was called to evaluate what needed to be done. Bill came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. My husband and I were extremely impressed by his expertise re sewer mains. He was honest, competent and knowledgeable. I will certainly call them again."

"Pristine was available same day and super friendly. Derryck our tech was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us clearly. He gave us options and didn't pressure us on our choices. He was friendly and efficient and provided quality work. We signed up for the maintenance program which saved us money same day and in the future. With an old house that has old plumbing, it's nice to find a quality company that we can rely on."

"Hired to install a main shut off in the living space above the crawl. Answered all my questions and openly discussed options."

"Needed an estimate for replacing my sewer line. $400+ later, and I still had no estimate. Another company came out the next day and was able to offer solutions (and the information given was different than what I was told from Service Plus) and did so free of charge."

"It took a while for Mr. Rischel to come out- he did check to be sure that we did not have an emergency, though. He told us if we had another flood to call immediately. Luckily, it was really dry, so we could wait and we were fine with it. He did a very thorough job checking for the sewer pipes and he talked to me before he did work. He put in an outdoor cleanout valve and, as a bonus, removed a shrub that I really didn't care much for (for free). He walked me through where the pipes were in my neighborhood and why my home had flooded. He also told me what could be done to prevent the flooding. He made sure I understood what would happen and the limitations of the check valve (it is a mechanical device that could fail, but is unlikely to do so). He and his crew were very professional- they were polite and on time.
It has been a few months since the installation and we have had some super heavy rains without our sewer pipes flooding. The check valve was worth every penny- cleaning up sewage is awful and that is why I gave him an A on the price.

"Zach was amazing! I called him around 7-8pm and withing 15 minutes he was there to help me. We had some major issues and I told Zach was I was told from previous plumbers and come to find out, the issues I though I had were not what was told to me by others. Zach made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and told me upfront what the cost was. He is an amazing plumber and I will be calling him from now on with my issues. Polite, knowledgeable, and experienced is what Zach is."

"I have used Mac for year.  A knowledgeable group on septic systems'.  I would not use anyone else unless necessary.

"I was contacted by Jeff immediately after posting a request for services. Scheduled for a week later, not because they couldn't come earlier, but because of my schedule. Skyler was the name of the plumber who came out. He was on time, very punctual, knowledgeable and very respectful. I was so surprised at the little time he spent here, the quality of work and how clean everything was left. Haven't gotten my bill yet but I believe it will be less than I thought it would be. Thanks for the help."

"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. Waited 5 weeks and reviewed other options only to came back to the professional solution offered. Also realized the quote (under $2K) was actually very reasonable for the dual battery complete backup we had installed .. more of an investment than a bandage."

"The job went very well. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. I was impressed and happy at the level of comittment to solving the problem they demonstrated to solving the problem. A special thanks to Chad, Travis, Jimmy, and Dave for being so trustworthy and hard working."
