"Excellent experience overall. Workers arrived right on time. Work was done as requested. They planned and executed a fairly complicated takedown of a dead cherry wood tree that had cracked at the base and fallen against our house, without the tree causing any further damage. In addition, not only did they clear major oak tree branches from our second story roof, they also blew the debris off the roof, saving us from having to do that later (at some risk to our safety). All the rest of the trimming in the front and back yards was done to our satisfaction. We did ask that they not take away the wood and trimmed branches, so they didn’t have to deal with that. But they made sure to cut the wood into manageable sizes so that we could transport it to where we needed without too much effort. The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. The cost overall was quite reasonable imo because of the level of complexity involved. They also knew about the health of the trees, not just how to trim them. They helped us identify a carpenter ant issue, and provided corrective care for it. Overall, I would definitely utilize Growing Solutions for any additional tree trimming or health work that we need going forward."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Artistic Touch Tree Service We recently hired Artistic Touch Tree Service, owned and operated by Chad, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. It was also great to learn that Chad and his team have done work for our homeowners association, neighboring subdivisions, multiple cities around Central Indiana, and even for the State of Indiana. "Corey Allen had delays in getting to my home after the job was bid based on inclement weather, but arrived as promised this past Tuesday. They did a beautiful job in removing the trees and thoroughly cleaning up the debris. He was very careful not to damage my yard with their big equipment. It was a terrific job at a fair price. "They did a great job trimming the tree in my front yard. They provided an estimate and were able to do the work the same day. The workers were polite and worked quickly and efficiently, I will definitely use them again in the future."

"Communication was poor. Work was done over three days, but the team would show up and leave without any warning or notification. I was right inside the house. Equipment was in our driveway while they worked, which was reasonable, but it would have been nice to be asked about that first, because it meant my car was stuck in the garage the whole time. (I suppose, to be fair, communication was pretty poor with almost all the people we contacted about quotes for this job.) They didn't even notify us when they were done, just mailed an invoice. A message about wanting to pay with credit card was not returned, finally found out they don't take credit card, even though it shows they do here and on their website (they did apologize for this). As for the work itself, they did a decent job removing the tree. They damaged a plant in the front yard and made one or two deep divots in the lawn, but that's probably to be expected. They ground out 95% of the stump and hauled away the excess mulch. Ultimately they got the job done at a competitive price during a busy season, but they won't be our go-to providers for future work."

Jimmy came out to do the quote, we walked the property and he told me exactly what would be done with each tree.   I appreciated this as the other companies I contacted came out and did a walk around and left the quote and did not know which trees I needed service on. I was not aware when they actually did the quote.  One of the estimated was for almost 3 times the amount of Jimmy's quote.

Jimmy did the actually trimming and his crew was great to work with.   They did an excellent job on the trees and everything was cleaned up afterward.  Their price was very reasonable for the work they did. 

I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

"Milton and his crew did an excellent job taking down our spruce tree, chopping and grinding it up. Using safety ropes and saws they climbed our trees and made them look a lot better. We recently got a new fence near the locust tree and then decided we needed to have the locust tree trimmed. Milton and his crew carefully removed the problem limbs and cleaned up our yard and the neighbors' yards. Before the men left, Milton chopped up the stump on the spruce tree and the men cleaned up all the debris that fell in the yard. They cleaned up all the tree debris in the street in front of the house before they left. They did an excellent job cleaning up the tree debris and left and yard and street in great shape. They cut the trees neatly with no striped bark or any damage."
