All the previous companies I have received any kind on service with have emailed me an invoice with a few hours. In this case the tech did not finish until after 5:30 pm. I don't know if I will get an invoice from K & K Industrials or not. Kenneth said he did several things that needed take care of such as excessive lint deep inside the dryer. The problem I called for was loud squealing when the dryer was running. That at least seems to have stopped. Kenneth did spend about two hours which included getting parts. My dryer is still running with a old belt after spending $310."
