He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom, he stated that he will do everything and that everything was included, he came me a place to go and place an order for cabinets and bathroom supplies, I went and then he came back to take measurements and then stated that I would have to buy everything myself, then I said no just do the bathroom and gave him a check for 30,000. He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. He texted that he was going to call me back and never did."

"I would not hire pro due to incompetence. There were many things that went wrong with my project: 1. Nico did not turn up to our 1st appointment. He called and indicated he had an emergency. Though that did not sit well with me and was a red flag, I gave him a second chance after he called and apologized. 2. He changed the initial price quoted for the job. I desperately needed the job done so I went along with it. 3. He did not having the tools to complete the job. 4. He asked me as the customer to assist with job. I had to leave a meeting call to help. As per our initial conversation, it was a 2 person job which he tried to complete himself. 5. He had to interrupt my work to borrow my tools. I guess his was not working. 6. He kept running back and forth to Home Depot in the middle of the job to get tools. 7. In the end I spent ~$350 on a botched job that I now have to again hire someone to complete. I"
