"First let me say that Ali was very respectful of my time and home. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away and let me know early that he would be a little late. I had Ali upgrade my electrical panel. He explained the entire process to me and let me know of future work that would be necessary, which included a need to rewire the entire house. Although he gave me recommendations, I never felt like he was scaring me or forcing me into hiring him to do this current job or future jobs. "I can’t say enough good things about Roger and the work he does. Due to a water leakage problem into our electrical service panel, several circuit breakers malfunctioned, cutting off power to portions of our house. Roger (who we have used before) showed up when promised, replaced the broken circuit breakers, relocated them to areas of the panel that had experienced less water damage, and even caulked the exterior where the power lines enter the house in order to prevent future leaks. He worked quickly and professionally and was pleasant throughout the job, and he charged a very reasonable fee for all of the work that he performed. We plan to have him back to upgrade our entire service panel, and we highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work!"

"Pros: he was on time, easy to schedule, and was able to install new dimmer switches, which are working well! But he didn't read the packages for compatibility, ended up swapping the units and had to swap them back after puzzling for 30 min to get the full setup. It ended up costing 2 hrs for what probably should have been a 40 min job. Also, after he left I noticed the walls around the switches were scuffed up and it took a few min with a magic eraser to clean up."

"The electricians did a pretty good job, were prompt and careful maneuvering the ladder they needed to bring into the unit. Carrie and Jeremy on the phone were very nice and communicated well. Giving 4 stars because the electricians had to come back twice because they got the wrong parts from their supplier and didn’t appear to know which part they needed. For $250/hr I’d expect an electrician to know the right transformer needed for a light and the right bulbs to use. So the actual job to diagnose and fix the issue with the right parts took an hour or less but with all the back and forth with the supplier it became much longer. I had to call the office after the invoice came through and we worked it out. Just wish the guys got it right the first time so the cost would have truly reflected the work."
