"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. If you would like to see the work performed, you can view it on Street Easy--45 Sutton Pl South, Apt. 15G. All pictures should be uploaded by 4/1/2022."

"We hired David to gut renovate our bathroom. He was EXCELLENT! Note, we live in an old house and working in these spaces is often complicated and requires lots of attention to detail. Highlights: *He and his crew were always on time in the mornings and pushing the project forward *His team was ULTRA clean, it was a full renovation that normally generates lots of mess & dust and we hardly even noticed the mess as the space was always orderly at the end of the day (we've had chaotic renovations before and this was worlds better, project was next to our kitchen and we were able to use it with no problems) *We had multiple changes of scope and David was always knowledgeable and gave us advice about how to modify the project in a stylish, cost-effective way. *He has lots of trustworthy industry contacts such as for quality glass showers, tile purveyors and plumbers *His craftsmanship is HIGH quality and he devotes lots of time an effort into crafting a product that his clients like. He was meticulous about asking us for grout color, tile pattern and spacing (we chose herringbone), shower ledge measurements, custom shelving and all finishings. *We appreciated that the crew covered the floors on a daily basis and were careful not to damage the house as we are preserving its historical character * David is incredibly trustworthy and we would hire him again! Feel free to connect with us as a reference."

"After an extensive investigation taking into account online feedback/reviews and speaking to other construction firms, I decided on Nunez Construction to fully renovate my entire house consisting of three separate apartments. Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. The company employees some of the most skilled people in the trade in all areas of demolition, construction, painting, and plumbing and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to complete all the work. Eric (Forman/Project manager) is without a doubt one of the most experienced hands-on people you can have involved and managing the team. Most importantly – as with any project regardless of magnitude, you will experience unforeseen circumstances and require immediate attention and Efren was on-site (usually multiple times) every single day to monitor and update me on the progress and most importantly he would answer his phone every single time I called and address any concerns immediately. Nunez construction exceeded my expectations and is truly a company that takes pride in their work . . . . . ."

"You won’t find a better remodeling business Elite Tech Remodeling. I am so pleased with the work they have done for me over the past couple months. A highly qualified architect will guide you through every detail of planning and design. On top of that, a contractor will lay out the project, and plan, problem solve and execute all while staying on schedule and in budget! I love my kitchen now. If you need any renovations I, HIGHLY, recommend these guys."

"My project with Roger & Team at Renovation Plus turned out amazingly. The team was skilled at their work, communicative & friendly. High quality work and loved the finished product. Roger and Team finished the project on time as promised and even worked well with my building / building management. Highly recommend!"

"We found TKT Remodeling Group LLC on Angie’s List. We contacted three contractors for comparison, and we decided to go with Treon at TKT Remodeling Group. Treon listened to our vision for the kitchen better than the others did. Treon understood the assignment and came through. He explained what to expect during the whole process as we've never gone through a renovation. It was a positive educational experience for us. He and his team are very respectful, hard working, and kept on task. Each member of Treon's team has an area of speciality and works in concert with other members. They are organized and cleaned up after each working day. We are so pleased with how the kitchen turned out, and highly recommend that you meet with and consider using TKT Remodeling Group for your next project."

"Absolutely thrilled with my kitchen remodel from New York Remodels Corp! From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. They listened to my ideas and offered great suggestions, transforming my outdated kitchen into a stunning, modern space. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and the project was completed on time and within budget. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt informed every step of the way. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality work, I highly recommend New York Remodels Corp. Truly a 5-star experience!"

"This was my second time using CNM for a renovation and both times it was a 5 star experience. I first used them in 2016 for a kitchen and bathroom reno in a small co-op apartment. Because of that positive experience, I asked Matt and the team to do a complete house gut reno in 2022-23. Before I finalized purchase of my house, I first had Matt come by to give me a scope and estimate. This was a big job that lasted over a year during which time we were living in the house. All of the workers are highly skilled, responsible, communicative, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. They expertly handled all aspects of the renovation- electrical, plumbing, tiling, framing, etc. I feel so lucky to have found CNM and would hire them again in an instant."

"The installation process was smooth and efficient. They took great care to minimize dust and disruption in my home, which I truly appreciated. The new drywall ceiling looks fantastic-smooth, seamless, and beautifully finished. It has completely transformed the room."

"They came for the estimate. I recieved the estimate and was going to hire them for part of the work. However, I left multiple messages and my calls, text and emails were not returned. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."
