Dan E. was quick to respond to my inquiry for an exterior stair replacement and came within a week to consult. He gave clear quotes and, once hired, was communicative leading up to the date of work. Everything was completed in a day and, even with some tricky leveling issues to work around, they were amiable, even accommodating a last minute ask (replacing the wooden frames on each side of the stairs). The completed stairs look great and are great quality. Will definitely hire again!"

"Did great work to replace a water heater. Saw the job through all in one day, a Sunday, despite obstacles that came up, and checked that all was working well after installation. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"

"This is a review for the 4th and 5th job done for us by Nunez Construction and as usual... OUTSTANDING. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. Getting on their calendar for our 2020 jobs!"
