"Did great work to replace a water heater. Saw the job through all in one day, a Sunday, despite obstacles that came up, and checked that all was working well after installation. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"

"CNM did a fabulous job. We had had a flood in our bathroom and the entire room had to be replaced. We were out of town and we hired Matt and Jose from CNM on the recommendation of a friend. We did not meet them in person until the end of the job. We communicated via text,email and phone. Our building is 100 years old so major upgrading was required and it had to be updated to match NYC building codes. CNM helped navigate us through getting the required permits.
