"Aldo was punctual, and competent. He communicated everything very well. He and his crew were timely, well mannered and efficient. The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."

"Very pleased with the repairs roof and chimney flashing done by Manny. We had leaks on heavy, windy, storms only. Manny repaired my mom's roof just days before Henri and no issues or leaks now. A good price too."

But AIB came in on 6/12 and finished before father's day (finished 6/15). Repaired deck footing, reattached to building, welding, sander, painted top and bottom of 2nd floor deck.
