"We used Insurance Solutions Services (ISS) to contest my roof hail claim with State Farm who denied my claim. ISS appealed the claim and when that failed, they referred me to a public appraiser which I used in the "Appraisal Process", much like an arbitration with State Farm. My claim prevailed and I used ISS for my new roof (asphalt shingles). The work was timely and well done and it was obvious that ISS was concerned about customer satisfaction. Although working with the State Farm Appraisers was difficult, the ISS team was always reachable and responsive and willing to work with me persistently to bring my claim to resolution."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
