Existing steps and patio were demolished and debris hauled away; patio walls that were secured by adhesive were installed; pavers over a large patio area were placed; and a series of 14 steps consisting of 300pound steps approximately 18x48x6 were set into place to the new patio. All of this work was done on time, the crew worked for 6 weeks, five days a week to completion. They worked tirelessly and were professionals that did meticulous work and should be proud of the product they produce. They never showed up! After numerous emails and phone calls they finally sent one guy with 3 tools - but no way to cut bricks. Very poor workmanship with the blocks and never even addressed the water/ dirt issue."
