We found out it was a mother raccoon and her cubs. They set cage traps on the roof, checked each morning, and within two days the mother was caught. The cubs were removed to another cage. Pricing was reasonable for all the work they did. Other options for keeping critters out of our house were offered but never pushed. The service technician practiced social distancing and wore appropriate PPE for their safety and ours. Great service and great people to work with. If we have any other issues we will definitely contact them again."
