My father died and we were not able to call them within the 30 day period and she was NOT going to let us have them come correct the problem without paying a ridiculous amount but finally when she found out my profession and that it was customary to allow some lenience when a family member dies here in America she agreed to waive the charge for the work that was not performed correctly. They also were supposed to add two devices to our Geek Squad service that we bought that day and only added one. I will deal with that locally. <br /> <br /> <br /> The guy was no dummy it simply failed. And again he was super polite and punctual. I will update my review if they manage to actually make the thing work."
