"On Christmas Eve, with 8 degrees, a pipe burst in my son's house, flooding the wall and floors. I called Sullivan Plumbing and left a message. Knowing that every plumber in town would be swamped, I had to have faith I'd hear back. At 9 PM I got a call from Will, who explained they had been going full bore all day, but said he would try to get there that night. I told him no, because he and the other techs were exhausted and cold. He made arrangements with my son to have a tech come at 9 AM on Christmas morning. Liam was there on time and ready to work, fixed the pipe, wrapped it to make sure it did not freeze again, and was an absolute lifesaver! I was so surprised that someone would come out on Christmas morning!! I recommend them highly! From now on I will use Sullivan Plumbing for ALL my plumbing needs. Their phone number is 434-846-4466. "If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"
