Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

Ron was professional from start to finish - kept all appointments on time, worked quickly and did a great job. Replaced all rotting boards and joists, cleaned up afterward and even threw in a quick repair to a GFI switch that had jammed and replaced a porch light fixture. I could not be happier"

He looked for ways to repair our front door instead of replacing the front door. This saved us $600 to $700. His price estimate was very close to the actual cost. The actual cost was less than he quoted. He did all of the tasks identified in the work plan, which he provided to me to review and approve the day before of service. "Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.
